Product description

he working principle of the oil separator is: The mixture of refrigerant and oil from the compressor enters the inlet of the oil separator. The mixture flows through a filter and baffle device, causing fine particles of oil to accumulate and fall to the bottom of the oil separator. The refrigerant gas separates the remaining oil particles through an outlet filter and enters the condenser in a "oil-free" state. The oil of the refrigerant accumulates at the bottom of the oil separator, where it is opened by a needle valve operated by a floating ball and returned to the compressor.Since the pressure in the oil separator is higher than that in the crankcase, the oil is quickly returned to the compressor. When the oil level drops, the needle valve will be closed to prevent refrigeration gas from returning to the compressor.
